Paticipant Agreement, Release, and Assumption of Risk

I, {name}, hereby acknowledge that my participation in activities organised by Freedom Boxing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, and even death. I understand that boxing and related fitness activities can by physically demanding and may result in serious injury if not performed correctly.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in these activities, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, equipment failure, and the effects of weather conditions.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Freedom Boxing, its owners, employees, instructors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my participation in activities at the gym, including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory duty of care.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Boxing from any liability, loss, damage, or expense, including legal fees, that may arise as a result of my actions or negligence while participating in gym activities.

I understand that this waiver and release extends to all claims of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising directly or indirectly out of my participation in gym activities.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.

I, {name}, hereby grant Freedom Boxing, its representatives, employees, and assigns, the right to take photographs, video recordings, and/or digital images of me during my participation in activites organised by Freedom Boxing. 

I authorise Freedom Boxing to use and publish the same, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, advertisements, social media, website content, and other publications without further consideration, compensation, or permission.

I understand and agree that the images and recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs, video recordings, and/or digital images.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Freedom Boxing, it's representatives, employees, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I, my heirs, or legal representatives may have by reason of the authorisation or use of the images and recordings.

I am of legal age and competent to grant this release. I have read this release and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this agreement.
